The fine print, in plain words

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026

The service

Coupleity is a private shared space for two people — a place to feel close when you're apart. It is not a public social network, and it isn't a substitute for being together in an emergency.

We're a tiny team building something we care about. We'll do our best to keep it running well, but the service is provided as-is (see below).

Your account and fair use

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your inbox secure — anyone with your inbox can reach your account.

One person has one house, and a house holds exactly two people. Don't try to work around those limits, don't abuse the service, and don't use it to harm or harass anyone.

Billing

Coupleity is $12 per month or $96 per year. One subscription covers your whole house — you and your partner. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record.

Every house starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to start it. You can subscribe any time before or after the trial ends.

Cancel whenever you like from the billing portal; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the usual 14-day right of withdrawal.

Your content and privacy

Your content is yours. Your live video and voice are never recorded. Your house is private to the two of you.

Either partner can unpair at any time, and deleting your account wipes your data for good. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Liability and changes

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

We may update these terms as the product grows; we'll note material changes here. Questions? Email hello@coupleity.app.
