What we store
Your account: your email address and the fact that you verified it. We use passwordless sign-in links, so we never store a password.
Your shared home: your avatar's position and status, chat messages, sticky notes, the answers you write to daily questions, your pet, and the short move-in answers you choose to give. This is the content that makes your space yours.
Billing: a customer and subscription identifier from our payment provider. Your card details never touch our servers.
What we do NOT store: your live video and voice are never recorded. They stream directly between the two of you while you're together and are gone the moment they're spoken.
Who helps us run it
Neon hosts our database. LiveKit Cloud carries your live video and voice (live only — never recorded on their side or ours). Anthropic and/or Ollama generate the daily questions and pet thoughts; your answers are used to personalise your own experience and are not used to train their models.
Resend sends your sign-in links. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and handles all billing and card data. When you play music, it streams through YouTube's embedded player.
We only share what each of these needs to do its job, and we don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.
Your rights
Your house is visible only to the two of you — there are no feeds, no followers, and no way for anyone else to look in.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deleting it erases your data for good — messages, presence, answers, all of it. Either partner can also unpair instantly.
